Jessica Boell, a partner at Immigrant Law Group LLC, is a 2023 Super Lawyer, recognized for her exceptional work in immigration law. A graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law (2001), Jessica was awarded the prestigious Berkeley Law Foundation Fellowship and has since built a career dedicated to defending immigrants’ rights. Her extensive experience includes working with the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project, the Contra Costa Public Defender’s Office, and teaching abroad in Spain.

Jessica’s practice focuses on  family-based immigration, federal court appeals and VAWA ,helping individuals to achieve a legal status in the U.S. She formerly taught immigration law at Portland Community College. A recipient of the Gerald H. Robinson Award for Excellence in Immigration Advocacy from the Oregon AILA Chapter, Jessica has been consistently recognized as a Super Lawyer in Oregon over multiple years.
